Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

At Limitless Auto Glass, your installation is backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. We take pride in doing the job right the first time—most workmanship issues show up immediately, not months later. On the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, we fix it.

What this warranty covers

  • Labor / Installation workmanship on auto glass we install.

  • Air, water, or wind noise leaks caused by our installation.

  • Mirror, sensor, and garnish reattachment related to the windshield install (e.g., rear-view mirror, rain/light sensor pads, brackets) when originally present and in serviceable condition.

  • Mobile service warranty work within our regular service area at no additional labor charge.

If a workmanship issue appears, it almost always shows in the first 1–2 days (e.g., a small leak or wind whistle). Tell us and we’ll make it right.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty is strictly for workmanship. It does not cover:

  • Glass itself (manufacturer defects, distortion, blemishes). Manufacturer warranties apply to glass products.

  • Damage after installation (rock chips, cracks, road debris, vandalism, accidents, body flex from collisions or off-road use, slammed doors, etc.).

  • Existing vehicle conditions that interfere with a perfect seal, including rust, previous body/roof damage, bent frames, or contaminated bonding surfaces.

  • Old/fragile moldings, clips, or brackets that break during removal. When required, new moldings/clips are an additional charge.

  • Non-glass electrical or mechanical issues (e.g., faulty window regulators, prior sensor/bracket damage).

  • Cure-period misuse: pressure washing, automatic car washes, removing retention tape early, or driving before the safe-drive-away time we provide.

If a glass part must be replaced to correct a workmanship issue, our labor is covered; the glass part itself may be billable unless the manufacturer accepts a parts claim.

ADAS (camera) calibration

If your service included calibration, we guarantee the system passes calibration at the time of service. Later warning lights caused by unrelated vehicle issues (alignment changes, damaged brackets, new glass damage, software updates, etc.) aren’t covered by this warranty.

How to file a warranty request

  1. Contact us promptly once you notice an issue (text or call 210-831-6910).

  2. Provide proof of service (your invoice/receipt or the phone number and date used to book).

  3. We’ll schedule inspection and correction—usually a quick on-site visit within our service area.

No receipt? We can usually locate your job in our records using name, phone, and vehicle details. Proof of service is required to apply the warranty.

Term & transfer

Coverage lasts for the original purchaser while they own the vehicle the glass was installed on.

Non-transferable if the vehicle is sold.

Our commitment

We use premium materials and proven procedures. In the last year we’ve had very few warranty callbacks; on the rare leak, we re-set or replace as needed and you’re back on the road.

Limits & legal

This warranty is limited to repair or re-installation to correct workmanship-related defects. Limitless Auto Glass is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some limitations may vary by state law.
